Job Description

Responsible for Daily Operation of Network Team, Client End Team & Sharing of DPR of Under Construction Projects to his/her respective supervisor.
Managing, Planning, Lead teams of area wise passive fiber network.
Work with different teams of Sub-Vendors, Construction Team, Network Teams and local dealers as well.
Responsible for making and understanding reports and presenting to respective teams and supervisors.
Maintaining proper records of Logistics used in FTTx at all store of all over Nepal.
Responsible for Daily Task Assigned in group of different networks clubbed under him/her
Responsible for mobilizing team of Client Connection as well as Network by self supervising Regional Client End/Network Supervisors of respective POD Stations.
Coordination for issue resolution on defined SLA with various departments.
Coordinate with all teams (Survey team, Network Team, Audit Team) to provide good quality work to our service partners.
Lead, motivate, and train the team to reach set goals and objectives.
