Roles and responsibilities of this job

House of Interiors, a leading interior construction company in Nepal is looking for Project Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Understanding boq, drawing and specification
Cross checking with the site condition and prepare the defect list
Preparing work schedule and working as per the schedule
Ensure that work is completed in time, maintain good quality and within the given cost limit
Liaisoning with client and consultant
Taking measurement and preparing bill for client
Verification of sub contractor’s bill
Bill verification with client or consultant
Preparing boq
Preparing cost estimate/ cost breakdown
You will be co ordinating with factory, design team and the sub contractors
In short you will be responsible for managing the project in respect to complete the project in time, with qood quality and within the given cost parameter
You will be managing the project independently and will be reporting to Project Head

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Interior Design
Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior construction/decoration or civil construction in building, including finishing
Having your own vehicle is a preferred
You need to have good computer knowledge
Need to have a good command in language
Need to have good communication skills
You need to havethe ability to lead and command your workforce, like subcontractors and your supervisors

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates having a vehicle.
