Role Purpose
The Project Officer - SHN & ASRH is overall responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of School Health & Nutrition (SHN) and Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) interventions under sponsorship program in Siraha and Saptari district of Eastern region of Nepal.In addition, s/he provides technical assistance to DPHO, HFs to implement and monitor the ASRH activities and to DPHO, HF and DEO & schools for SHN activities.S/he will also establish and strengthen good coordination with government counterparts like DPHO, DEO, DDC and supporting agencies in the district as well as willensure functional reporting and logistics supply system of DPHO and HFs for quality and timely service delivery of ASRH and SHN program.
Term and Location: Fixed term position based in Siraha/Saptari under ERO
Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Nursing (BPH, B.Sc. Nursing or BN) OR Staff Nurse/HA with Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in managing SHN & ASRH related programs/ projects preferably in INGOs

Planning, implementation and monitoring of the project interventions
Coordination and technical Support to District Public/ Health Office, District Education Office for smooth operation of ASRH & SHN Program
Reporting and documentation of the project interventions
