We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and disciplined Hostel Warden to join our Children’s Home in Sano Khokana, Lalitpur. The ideal candidate should be caring, emotionally mature, and capable of creating a safe, supportive, and child-friendly environment for orphaned children residing at the Ashram.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising children’s daily routines, maintaining discipline and hygiene within the hostel, coordinating with teachers and support staff, and ensuring the overall well-being, safety, and emotional support of the children. Candidates with prior experience in childcare, hostel management, education, or social work who can handle responsibilities with patience, empathy, and professionalism are highly encouraged to apply.
