• Graduate, preferably post graduate in Agriculture with experience in production management of coffee
• A strong background in training of extension worker, farmers and developing training manual will be essential.
• Experience on coffee production including insect pest management using customized bio- pesticides/fertilizers, experience in preparation and application of jholmal (bio- pesticide/ fertilizer) will be an advantage.
• Experience in networking and coordination at different levels (community, sub-national, national).
• Experience of working with NGOs/ I/ NGOs  will be an advantage,
• Excellent analytical skills and good ability in report writing in English language,
• Experience in field studies and interpersonal communication.
• Good command in computer operation (MS word, MS Excel, Powerpoint and other MS applications)
• Willing and fit to travel in remote areas and live under sub-optimal conditions,
• Possessing Valid Motorbike driving license.
