We are looking for Japanese speaking candidates with some experience working in software development and have long term commitment to be domain specific bridge engineer between Nepal development team and Deerhold’s Japanese customers.

He/She will act as liaison between the Japanese speaking business unit, and an offshore Nepali/English-speaking development team.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Understanding business requirements and translating them, both from Japanese to Nepali/English as well as from business needs to technical requirements and ensuring that the offshore team delivers as required.
• Learning the idea of system design, the way of working process as well as project operation of Japanese customers.
• Transferring the business and quality requirements, detailed functions from the customer to the Offshoring project team.
• Actively communicating with clients to enhance understanding and cooperation beneficial to the project team
• Ensuring client requirements are fully understood and specified in a manner that will enable full understanding from development team.
