Job Description

Build up Nepal is looking for a driven project manager to join out team and work to introduce low-cost housing and replace fired bricks with eco-friendly CSEB interlocking bricks.

Build up Nepal is a social enterprise and we are looking for a person with a mind for business and a passion to make a difference. An MBA degree is valuable, but not a requirement.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Manage and ensure efficient implementation of our projects.
Lead teams of 3-10 people
Coordinate with field staffs and assign tasks, follow up
Focus on results.
Organize and plan the work to ensure efficiency

PARTNER COMMUNICATION

Reporting progress back to our partners on regular basis
Stay in regular contact with our international partners
Make meetings, PowerPoint presentations & written reports

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Need to be highly organized and good at planning & follow up
Team player with good communication skills
Business development skills
Leadership
Excellent writing and skills is required

The work is based out of our office in Lalitpur with field visits from time to time.
