Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (15+ years) with a strong background in civil engineering and architectural coordination to lead the end-to-end delivery of our casino-hotel project.

The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, construction management, quality, budget, and handover - ensuring the hotel is delivered to global hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of the hotel & casino project: concept, design development, procurement, site execution, commissioning, and handover
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, MEP, interior, façade, ELV, fire & safety consultants/vendors
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; drive performance, schedule, cost, and quality control
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cash flows, BOQs, variation orders, cost tracking
• Oversee scheduling (using tools like MS Project / Primavera), conduct risk assessments, create mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory/regulatory approvals, permitting, inspections
• Conduct quality assurance / control, site walkthroughs, snag clearance, punch list closure
• Interface with ownership, hotel operators/brands (if applicable), and stakeholders for design/standards alignment
• Lead project meetings, review designs, resolve technical & site issues, produce regular project reports

Compensation & Benefits:

• Minimum Compensation: ₹1,00,000 INR
