Roles and responsibilities of this job
We are seeking an experienced, highly disciplined Project Manager to lead site execution, technical design translation, and contractor management for Rupakot Swing Park, a flagship hospitality and adventure venture near Pokhara. The Project Manager will work directly on-site in Rupakot to oversee interior fitting, structural/MEP installations, and detailed BOQ tracking to ensure the first part of project completion targeting April 2027, with further construction being carried out until December 2027. You will report directly to the Project Director (On-Site) and coordinate key financial milestones with the Managing Director (Kathmandu).
