Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee road construction and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. The role will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, contractors, suppliers, and site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage road construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Supervise road construction and site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Ensure timely availability of construction materials, machinery, equipment, and manpower.
Monitor quality, safety, and environmental standards at project sites.
Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays effectively.
Prepare regular project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 7 years

7+ years of proven experience in road construction and project management
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and site operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
