Roles and responsibilities of this job

A reputed public company promoted by Nepalese entrepreneurs is constructing Hydro Power Project with an installed capacity of 24 M.W. in Kaski district . The company invites applications from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic, substantially experienced, qualified, and result-oriented Nepalese Citizens having the required eligibility for the following vacant positions:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall execution of the hydropower project.
Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Ensure safety standards and regulatory requirements are strictly followed.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Address technical and operational challenges efficiently.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project supervision and hydropower construction.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work in remote project site locations.
