Role Description

We are currently looking for Project Manager with a minimum of 7+ years’ experience in the management of large scale hotel/hospitality style projects. The position is to work within a Project Management team involved in the transition from Construction to Operational phase for a 5* luxury Resort.

You will be required to provide the management input into all project delivery related matters and be fully responsible for the successful delivery of services for the engagement(s) assigned to you. You will be required to act as the focal point of contact between the Client and the internal and external delivery team members, possibly across multiple projects, to ensure that the desired project objectives are delivered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of project management experience in management of large scale hotel/hospitality style projects
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
