Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects, a deep understanding of technology, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Define project deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage project teams to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to secure necessary resources and expertise.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and effectively. Facilitate regular meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and challenges to minimize impact on project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.

Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT technologies, including Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Software Development, and Digital Marketing. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
