Job Description

Bachelor's/Master's in civil engineer
Minimum 3 year of experience in road construction Work

Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and manages project teams effectively. Acts as primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship
Manage the delivery quality, cost, revenue, as well as the progress. Responsible for the team's compliance
Manage the subcon to complete the task base on the daily, weekly ,monthly and quarter plan
Responsible for internal and external project reporting, report to Customer and Internal management
Monitor scope, implement change control process and handle change management, ensure customer acceptance for the system or service
