Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for completing the project within a specific time period. He/she will be responsible for:

Establishing Construction Schedules
Managing on-site construction personnel
Cost Estimate, Quantity Survey, Billing, Preparing variation orders and documentations
Using a range of computer software for developing detailed design
Quality assurance
Coordinating, monitoring and supporting implementing partners to facilitate quality performance in related project activities
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and Sub Contractors
Scheduling materials and equipment purchases and deliveries
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements
Maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
Complete knowledge of relevant legislations
Coordination with client's representative for smooth execution of the project.
Ensure proper reporting to the Head Office of all site activities.
