  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with involvement from initial concept through product delivery of software projects with prior software development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team of developers for an agile development environment across the software development life-cycle. 
  • Required business management skills include qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities. 
  • Hands-on experience using tools like Jira and Redmine.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects 

Job Description

  • Communicate with product owners and gather the requirements.
  • Create, develop and manage project plan, budget and development cost targets, staffing requirements, resource planning, and schedule for program.
  • Manage software development cycles.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities.
  • Proactively manage and minimize evaluated risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. 
  • Define, distribute, and schedule workload among developers analysing their hours in another projects.
  • Use of Agile approaches, including test-driven development and scrum to monitor progress, assist teams with focusing on goals, and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Manage stakeholder communications including reporting. 
  • Manage communication between management, developers, and other technical team members.
