Job Description:

Defines project plans, project charter including scope, budget and schedule, and executes tasks defined in the project plan to achieve project goals using standard project management methodologies and practices
Continually assesses project needs and resources to complete projects on time and within budget
Drives testing and acceptance of project results
Leads and facilitates project meetings and presentations to Leadership
Drives Teams toward decisions
Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed

Requirement:

Related work experience, PMO experience preferred
Analytical mindset and strong use of data-driven decision making
Experience in Agile teams
Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to ProjectManager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc
Creativity, analytical thinking, and ability to use data insights to structure high impact partnerships and deals
Passion for Khaalisisi’s vision and ability to thrive in an unstructured environment

Office time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change)
