Job Description

As representative of HUAWEI, the project manager is responsible for the management of telecom engineering project.
Be responsible for progress management, make project plan and monitor the progress and manage the gap.
Coordinate different functional team to deliver project as contract.
Communicate with customer regularly to understand their requirement and fulfill as contract, be responsible for customer satisfaction.
Be responsible for budget management, shall manage the cost under budget to meet the financial target of the project.
Interacting with subcontractors to deliver the project by effective outsourcing management.
