About the Project – LEAD WithiN (Look Within. Elevate. Align. Dare.)
LEAD WithiN is a transformative leadership initiative aimed at equipping young women with the tools, mindset, and support to lead change—starting from within. The project focuses on nurturing self-awareness, confidence, decision-making, and purpose-driven leadership among youth. It supports young women in their journey from self-leadership to leadership in public spaces, while integrating critical elements such as communication as agency and social behavior change,inspired by the aspirations of the communities we work with.
Position Summary
We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Project Lead to oversee the implementation and monitoring of the LEAD WithiN project. The ideal candidate is passionate about gender equity and women’s empowerment, grounded in community engagement, and experienced in project management, event organization, outreach, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.
