Technical Project Lead - Data Analytics & Data Engineering

Job Brief:

Cloudmandap Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic leader in cloud services and digital transformation solutions, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to lead data analytics and data engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing large-scale data infrastructures while leading a team of data engineers and analysts. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, assemble, and manage large, complex datasets to meet business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements for scalability, data delivery, and automation.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop analytical tools to provide insights into key business metrics such as operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, and Executive teams) to support their data infrastructure needs.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data engineering and analytics projects.
• Provide technical consultation and expertise on data usage, integration, and governance.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data through effective data processes and architecture management.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of XX years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing large data engineering or data analytics projects.
• Proven experience working with data architecture, ETL development, metadata management, and data analytics.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and pipeline building.
• Experience working with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda, EC2) and cloud-based data processing.
• Proficient in PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Linux, and APIs for integration.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data problems into business solutions.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
