Samudayik Sarathi has been implementing The Asia Foundation funded "Local Accountability and Transparency Initiatives (LATI) Kavre district" From September 2020. Under the project, Samudayik Sarathi announces vacancy for a post of district coordinator.

  • Masters in Sociology or Anthropology
  • Experience in community mobilization for 3 years
  • Experience with INGO/NGOs, preferably in Earthquake Response Program 
  • Should have good communication skill in both Nepali and English language
  • Implementing and Reporting skill is basic requirement 

Job Description

  • Coordinate with CBRC in the community and mobiliize, motivate
  • Study and find the cause in delay in reconstruction of private houses
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures and report about any
  • Play the role of liaison for local resources to support in reconstruction
  • To coordinate with relevant stakeholders and  ensuring technical feasibility
  • Collect all the documents and deviance of proof for reporting
  • Conduct meeting and orientation to the CBRC members
