• The Project Coordinator - AD & CM is responsible for providing strategic and managerial leadership in AD program funded by Common Approach to Sponsorship Funded Program (CASP). 
• The responsibilities also include overseeing the project cycle management viz. program planning, program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, documentation and reporting. 
• The position holder is responsible for enhancing the capacity of partners by providing technical and programmatic support. 
• S/he is responsible for strengthening capacity of Save the Children and partner staffs on community mobilization cycle and ensuring communities' participation in situation analysis, designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. 
• S/he will also extend technical support to government counterparts in the district.
• Term and Location: Fixed term position from March - December 2014 with possibility of extension based in Pyuthan under West Regional Office (WRO).
