परिक्षाको किसिम: छोटो सुचि , लिखित र मौखिक ।
आवश्यक कागजातहरु: हस्तलिखित आवेदन र फोटो सहितको बायोडाटा ।
नोट: नागरिकताको प्रमाण पत्र र शैक्षिक योग्यताको प्रमाणपत्र्र तथा अन्य कागजातहरु (कार्य अनुभव, तालिम, स–धन्यबाद, आदी) को सक्कल छोटो सुचिमा परेपछि परिक्षाको समयमा परिक्षा संचालन पुर्व उपलब्ध गराउन सकिने छ । छोटो सुचिमा पर्न सफल उमेदवारले मात्र लिखित र मौखिक परिक्षामा वस्न पाउने छन, सो का लागि संस्थाले फोन तथा इमेल मार्फत खवर गर्ने छ ।

KASDA is Jumla based NGO with head office in Chandannath-7 Old Buspark, Jumla. It also runs a branch offices in Dolpa district at Dunai VDC-1, Dunai in Humla district at Simikot, in Kalikot district at Manma and Mugu district in Gamgadhi and a contact office at Lokanthali -16, Bhaktapur district. There are 7 members in the Executive Board of KASDA.
