• Manage over all integrated projects including Better Class, Better Learning and Khelau Khelau projects with proper planning, delivering, monitoring and evaluation for achieving project goal.
  
• Develop of appropriate tools, district level action plan and facilitate program team in carrying out project
  
• Closely coordinate with the district level stakeholders such as the Metropolitan, WARDs, DEO, District Sport Development Committee, youth groups, women groups and Local organizations for priority issues, needs, and gaps at district level.
  
• Plan budget in close coordination with supervisor and maintain documentations of all project activities. 
  
• Monitor the activities in the field and ensure the teams support where ever need.
  
• Project information, data, case studies collection, management and dissemination.
  
• Strengthen capacity of project team to support for the effective implementation of the program
