Major Responsibilities

Overall responsible to lead and coordinate the projects, support  team  in planning, implementing, monitoring, documentation and reporting in close coordination with Save the Children, line agencies and sectorial stakeholders, ensuring quality results and reporting.

Qualification and Key Competencies:

Bachelor in Management or Business Studies or Education or Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) or others relevant disciplines, preferred to Master’s Degree in aforesaid sector at least 3 years of working experience in I/NGO. S/he should have skill of leadership, team management by assigning work, developing work procedures consistent with policy, establishing work schedules, and monitoring in order to meet the agreed targets and goal of the project. The position is responsible to maintain relationship with district based government line agencies and Save the Children team based in Dailekh for the smooth implementation of the project.
