• Develop periodic plan of action and communicate with staff to implement overall project activities under supervision of thematic team and District project Coordinator, track the achievement of project and support field staff to implement programme activities in program district
• Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the program in operation and report them to the program management
• Coordinate and facilitate to conduct district level trainings and advocacy related to programme to raise the child protection issues in disaster.
• Track the accomplishment of the field activities and report them to the program management with necessary feedback
• Coordinate among all the government and other stakeholders and create synergy in the program
• Represent and communicate the voice of CWISH in the district and ground level
• Timely reporting and coordination with donor/stakeholders as required
• Documentation of success stories and best practices during the project implementation
