Project: Promoting Social Cohesion through Playback Theatre

Duration: 10.5 months (February 15 to December 31, 2019) with possible extension 

Salary Benefit: Around 90,000.00 (around Nrs. Ninety thousand)

Education/Professional Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters in conflict, peace and development or other social science areas with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in peacebuilding and conflict transformation or related areas
  
• Experience in project management (planning, implementation, reporting, monitoring and evaluation);
  
• Candidate having experience in Playback Theatre will be given priority
  
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English, both spoken and written
  
• Good communication and facilitation skills
  
• Skilled computer literacy in all Microsoft office programs, including data processing skills, internet and email
