Job Description

  • Support sales teams in managing leads, inquiries, and client follow-ups.
  • Coordinate property site visits, presentations, and events.
  • Maintain updated sales records, customer databases, and booking status.
  • Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities for real estate projects.
  • Coordinate social media updates, property listings, and digital marketing content.
  • Track project milestones related to sales and marketing deliverables.
  • Ensure marketing materials (brochures, videos, hoardings) are updated and available.
  • Prepare regular progress reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and concerns.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company regarding project updates.
  • Maintain complete records of sales agreements, marketing approvals, and campaign performance.
  • Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with brand guidelines and real estate regulations.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking construction project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. 
  • Maintain organized records for permits, licenses, contracts, and approvals. 
  • Communicate progress updates, challenges and changes in project scope.
