Nepal Public Awakening Forum (N-PAF) is a non-government organization working in Rukum West and Rukum East districts since 2006. N-PAF is implementing an integrated project in Bhume and Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipalities of Rukum East district in funding support of United Mission to Nepal (UMN), Rukum Cluster. The Project is particularly focused on community health, mental health, livelihoods, protection, and good governance issues.   • Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Psychology or equivalent degree with certificate level in medicine/nursing 
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing integrated projects with a particular focus in Maternal Child Health, Mental Health, Health system strengthening and protection issues
  • Good knowledge and skill in project designing and proposal writing
  • Excellent reporting skills in English 
  • Excellent skills and knowledge on word, excel and power-point
  • Excellent facilitation skills to lead training, workshops, and meeting 
  • Willingness to work in a diverse culture in remote locations

Job Description

  • Successful Implementation of 'Advancing Community Transformation (Pro-ACT) Project ' activities in the given time frame and budget
  • Manage project staff with proper planning, review, coaching and effective mobilization 
  • Coordinate with the local government and stakeholders for effective implementation of the project
  • Ensure proper utilization of budget and timely reporting
  • Ensure quality of work with the frequent field visit and provide technical support to field staff
  • Prepare project reports, updates, and stories on time 
  • Proactive communication and collaboration with funding partners and relevant stakeholders
