Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for leading / managing major 3 functions (New Product, CSR & Digital Marketing)
Lead the new product of the company, developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth of new product
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration to expand the reach of new product
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to tie-up with corporate houses & organizations and conduct the programs under CSR
Manage a team of digital marketing executives and agencies, and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure that they are meeting their targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company
Analyze market trends, conduct market research, and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Represent company at industry conferences, events, and other forums to build, promote & represent the brand

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Strong Communication & Presentation Skill, Good confidence on public speaking / mass communication
Good Research skill on identifying and capitalizing the business opportunities and building and maintaining the relationship with all the key stakeholders
Understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies, Analytics, Tools and running Digital Campaigns.
Preference will be for candidate having knowledge about stock market

Education:

Minimum Bachelor level completed, Preference will be given to candidate having Masters level degree with specialization on Marketing / Business Management

Experience:

Minimum 3 years on Business Development / Digital Marketing / Project Management role
