Profile:

Experience working with a wide range of government agencies; Knowledge on (open) data, statistics or evidence for development strongly preferred
Strong program implementation skills; Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills in particular with government; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
A willingness to work closely in team settings with other staff and grantees
A proactive and independent work style with strong initiative and passion to learn

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in political sciences, public policy, international development, economics, social science or a related field with a minimum of three years of experience working in international development in Nepal
