Job Description

The Program Officer is a key role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding MAN's reach through strategic partnerships, program development, and business development initiatives. This role has a dual focus, supporting both MAN's overall growth and specifically contributing to the success of the Management Development Campus (MDC) and its executive MBA program.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development (MAN & MDC):

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for MAN and MDC, including corporate training programs, consulting services, conferences, workshops, and other revenue generating activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the training and workshop.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans to promote MAN and MDC programs and services like research, training and workshops.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics.

Management Development Campus (MDC) Focus:

  • Support the growth and development of the MDC executive MBA program, including student recruitment, program marketing, and alumni engagement.
  •  Develop and implement strategies to enhance the reputation and visibility of the MDC executive MBA program.
  •  Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
  •  Identify and develop new program offerings to meet the evolving needs of the market.
  •  Manage relationships with MDC stakeholders, including students, alumni and faculty

General Responsibilities:

  • Represent MAN and MDC in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
  • Contribute to the development of MAN's overall strategic plan.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  •  Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
