Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS)

Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Agriculture, and Climate change, livelihood, Good Governance and Water and Sanitation since 2005. KIDS is implementing the Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) program in 5 districts namely Kapilvastu, Arghakhanchi, Pyuthan, Rolpa and Rukum (east) districts under Lumbini province.

KIDS invites applications (subject to approval from funding agency), from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following position:

Position: Program Officer

Duty Station: KIDS Project office Butwal, Rupandehi and frequent visits to program districts.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Master in Public Health with 3 years' experience or Bachelor in Public Health with 5 years working experience in related fields.
• Good coordination skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good computer and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to implement project activities at the local/ district/province level in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Support for proper documentation and timely reporting: Manage SRHR related events as per work plan with quality
• assurance.
• Contribute to M&E framework of the program, including data quality assurance and analysis skills;
• Support Program Manager and other staff as and when needed.
