Association for Craft Producers (ACP) is a not-for-profit Fair Trade NGO, providing design, marketing, management and technical services to low-income Nepalese craft artisans. ACP is a resource to advance and globally distribute their work, for which they receive fair wages and generous benefits. We blend traditional craft with modern design and technology to suit market trends. For buyers' specific requests, we offer a flexible approach that encourages creative collaboration. ACP is a guaranteed member of World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO).

  • Masters preferably in Humanities or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
  • Effective oral & written communication skills in Nepali and English Language including Nepali typing
  • Flexible and good interpersonal skills to deal with donors as well as artisans
  • Effective proposal and report writing skills
  • Highly self-organized, team player and problem-solving attitude
  • Demonstrate creativity in promotional activities

Job Description

  • To assess and document the implementation of Fair-Trade principles by the organization.
  • To implement social programs and activities, artisans benefit programs.
  • To develop proposal for fund raising for projects of the organization.
  • To monitor projects activities to ensure that objectives are achieved.
  • To make artisans’ profiles.
  • To promote the social values, programs and activities of the organization.
