Incumbent should be master’s degree in management having experience in hosting program for at least 2 years’ experience.
Excellent in word, excel, PowerPoint preparation, email, internet surfing, printing, social media including YouTube uploading,
Perfect in English both written and spoken,
Must be regular, punctual, dedicated towards assignments, self-motivated towards jobs, plan daily activities, maintain dairy of official activities to be done on daily and weekly basis
perfect in internet surfing and email, maintain website of the organization intact, collect business enquiry received in email and post in website and do all needful for public relations.
Good behavior with all
Must have personal vehicle with valid driving license

Age Limit – above 20-35 years

To look after the events like conference, seminar, workshop, interaction, meetings etc. as decided by the meetings; coordinating with co-organizers, sponsors, negotiate with event managers and hotels as per requirements of the programs and do all needful, including preparation and getting finalized including negotiating with star hotels, target groups as per nature of the program, and entire work related to programs when such programs are planned and executed.
Do needful for publication related activities such as advertisements including negotiations with print media and get released.
Maintain social media like Face Book, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube accounts of NICCI, post the recent events in social media and e-newsletter related work as per instruction from the Director and Dy. Director.
Do needful internet surfing in consultation with seniors, approach and do all needful for membership drive
