Education

Master’s degree, or advanced degree in economics, public policy, development studies, or a relevant field.

Experience

Minimum three years of relevant experience implementing public financial management and/or local economic development-related projects/activities. Proven project management skills and experience, with strong problem-solving ability. Experience in report writing, and financial and grants management. Five years of experience in a similar field shall be considered an acceptable substitute for the required master’s degree.
