NA invites application from qualified and committed individuals for the post of Program Officer

The candidate for this position will be based in Lalitpur and expected to perform following tasks:

• Ensure effective management and implementation of Nagarik Aawaz’s programs, initiatives and activities.
• Correspond and communicate with the related stakeholders, partners, networks, organizations and individuals as per need. 
• Represent Nagarik Aawaz in relevant meetings/ workshops.
• Design, monitor and evaluate programs and initiatives of Nagarik Aawaz
• Design and facilitate the workshops/trainings in relation to the program implementation. 
• Prepare related reports for organizational documentation and reference.
• Conduct formal and community programs/events of Nagarik Aawaz as and when required.
• Work closely with District Coordinator in planning and making necessary arrangements of the programs.

Minimum Required Qualification: Bachelors degree social science with two years of work experience. 

Duration: Initially for one year with possible extension.
