• Drive the strategy & growth of particular top brands with a Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Daraz, in close collaboration with the Category teams
• Build a detailed perspective on all elements of assortment, prices, and onsite presentation and bring a “consultant-like perspective” to the dedicated JBP brands
• Gap analysis on existing performance metrics and structures and build a strategy to scale the JBP brands and make sure the targets are met
• Work with the Category teams to develop a future outlook of the JBP brands and an implementation plan for the chosen strategy
• Focus on the relevant business metrics, monitor their performance, spot weaknesses, and deep-dive into fixing them
• Create weekly, monthly & quarterly reports with alignment to regional and local guidelines, and use the data to set priorities for the business
• Build a strong awareness of the Customer Experience for your top brands and drive improvements
• Provide support to enable and improve the workings of Category Manager/KAM of particular JBP brands
• Build relations with JBP brands along with their Key Account Managers establishing yourself as a secondary POC
• Coordinate with regional teams and cater to their requirements on a regular basis

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing Masters' degree preferably in Business, or Analytics/Statistics, an engineering background will be a plus point
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-growing startup or dynamic team in a large organization
• Experience working with Cross-functional Teams
• Problem-solving & decision-making skills
• A data-driven person who is great with numbers, can relate to and comprehend a trend in the industry
• Strong fundamentals of MS Office and Reporting
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
