• Ensure effective management and implementation of Nagarik Aawaz peace-building programs, initiatives and activities.
• Correspond and communicate with the donors, partners, networks, organizations and individuals as per need.
• Represent Nagarik Aawaz in relevant meetings/ workshops.
• Design, monitor and evaluate programs and initiatives of Nagarik Aawaz and its program partners.
• Take responsibility of proposal writing.
• Design and facilitate the workshops/trainings on conflict transformation framework and pertinent social issues.
• Conduct formal and community programs/events of Nagarik Aawaz as and when required.
• Work closely with CEO in planning and making necessary arrangements of the programs.
• Coordinate with the entire staff team for conducting programs/events of Nagarik Aawaz as and when required.

Duration: Initially for two years with possible extension.

Remuneration and benefits will commensurate with the rules of NA
