Women’s Rehabilitation Centre (WOREC) is a national level NGO working for women's human rights and to ensure women empowerment with feminist value through protection and promotion of human rights and social justice focusing on campaigns- against violence against women, and women's economic, social and cultural rights nation-wide. We currently work in 19 districts with district offices in Morang, Sunsari, Udayapur, Siraha, Dhanusha, Dang, Kailali, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rukum, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi and, Surkhet with Central Office in Lalitpur. WOREC is currently looking for candidates to fulfill the following positions:

Job Description

  • Ensure effective management and implementation of programs, initiatives and activities.
  • Correspond and communicate with the donors, partners, networks, organizations and individuals as per need.
  • Represent WOREC in relevant meetings/ workshops.
  • Design, monitor and evaluate programs and initiatives of Nagarik Aawaz and its program partners.
  • Take responsibility of proposal writing.
  • Design and facilitate the workshops/trainings on conflict transformation framework and pertinent social issues.
  • Conduct formal and community programs/events of WOREC as and when required.
  • Work closely with CEO in planning and making necessary arrangements of the programs.
  • Coordinate with the entire staff team for conducting programs/events of WOREC as and when required.
