Program Manager

Conditions:

Initially 2 years contract with possibility of extension
Remuneration and benefits will commensurate with the rules of NA

Requirements:

Masters Degree in peace and conflict studies or in other social science with five years of work experience in development sector

Job Description:

Ensure effective management and implementation of Nagarik Aawaz peacebuilding programs, initiatives and activities
Correspond and communicate with the donors, partners, networks, organizations and individuals as per need
Represent Nagarik Aawaz in relevant meetings/ workshops
Design, monitor and evaluate programs and initiatives of Nagarik Aawaz and its program partners
Take responsibility of proposal writing
Design and facilitate the workshops/trainings on conflict transformation framework and pertinent social issues
Conduct formal and community programs/events of Nagarik Aawaz as and when required
Work closely with CEO in planning and making necessary arrangements of the programs
Coordinate with the entire staff team for conducting programs/events of Nagarik Aawaz as and when required
