Scope of Work:
Program Manager plays a key role in the organization’s programming. In close collaboration with the Country Representative, s/he provides support to the implementation of ongoing and development of future projects.
The Program Manager is responsible for the projects implemented by the organization in Nepal. His/her main responsibility is to ensure that the projects are implemented, in compliance with donor and government’s guidelines and quality standards. Furthermore, that the projects are in line with the needs of the beneficiaries; implemented according to the plan, in a timely manner, and within the budget. The Program Manager actively involves in joint planning, management and decision-making in regards to the projects.
