The successful candidate will possess a mix of the following elements:

A relevant master’s degree is desirable; bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related discipline is required
Between 3-5 years of full-time experience in a private sector or Donor/NGO setting is required
Team player, comfortable operating in a demanding and high-paced environment
Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple competing priorities
Comfortable managing program P&L
Proficient in all standard corporate applications – e.g. MS Office, G-Suite, etc.
Ability to drive agendas across a wide range of parities and interests, using soft skills
Superior communication skills – fluency in English and Nepal, written and verbal – is a must
Experience leading project teams is desirable
Experience in fundraising is desirable

Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the President of F1Soft and Advisor to the F1Soft Foundation, the incumbent Program Manager will be responsible for:

Overall execution of the D2020 campaign, including oversight of the D2020 Program Management Office (PMO).
Representing D2020 with all stakeholder groups within and outside of Nepal
Managing relationships with point persons assigned to the D2020 PMO
Timely and accurate reporting to the public and D2020 stakeholders on progress toward the D2020 goals.
Advocating on behalf of D2020 and future initiatives to be launched by the Foundation
