• Develop and communicate annual plan of action of the organization, track it or its effective implementation and review the achievement.
• Review monthly plan versus accomplishment of weekly and monthly plan of action and provide necessary feedback to all the staffs both in the plan and the performance.
• Assessment of the Human Resources
• Effective supervision and monitoring of the programs in relation to the Monitoring plan and personal and sectional plans in periodic basis, monthly, quarterly and annually and provide necessary feedback to the concerned theme, section or the staff.
• Track success of all the CWSH project in relation to the project goal and the institutional strategic plan of action.
• Preparation of the project report
• Be an innovator on initiating new project ideas, program management and operational management.
• Develop project proposal in consultation with CWSH team.
• Represent CWSH in different programs and communicate the voice of CWISH.
