  • Work in close coordination with team members.

Job Description

  • Recording of day to day financial transactions – checking invoices, prepare payment vouchers and manage petty cash for the field office.
  • Provide advances to field office delegates and staff and ensure timely settlement of advances.
  • Ensure accuracy, evidence and transparency of recorded transactions.
  • Support the preparation of monthly/quarterly budget for the field office based on approved budgets.
  • Ensure the applicable taxes has been deducted and deposited in timely manner
  • Support DRC Senior Finance Officer to prepare financial statements for auditing purpose.
  • Assist District Focal Person and compile raw information that has been collecting from field.
  • Provide support and follow-up regarding the preparation and submission of program narrative/financial reports.

Duration: 1 year

Salary: As per the rules of the organization.
