Under the supervision of Program Manager, s/he will work in implementing the project ‘Strengthening Equity in access, participation and learning outcomes through stakeholder participation in the education Sector in Nepal’ funded by UNICEF and will link it with campaign of NCE Nepal. S/he will assist program manager in designing the project and plan of NCE Nepal. 

Duration of this Position

• One year and possibility of extension

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Masters in education or other relevant social sciences; 
• 3 years of relevant work experience in education development and social sector in program planning, development, implementation and monitoring and evaluation  
• Experience in working with both policy makers and grassroots level stakeholders in the civil society sector
• Strong background in networking and policy advocacy

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Extensive knowledge of civil society in Nepal, High proficiency in English, Nepali and Computer skills, Excellent communication skills: 
• Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with colleagues, experts and partners and to work in a multicultural environment with respect and sensitivity of diversity.
