Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator (BHM and BBA) to join our team.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Hotel Management and Business Administration program, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to curriculum standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including hotels, restaurants, and other corporate businesses, to facilitate internships and job placements for students.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise program faculty and staff, ensuring high-quality instruction and support for students.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and facilities, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Monitor student progress and provide academic advising and support, addressing any challenges or concerns.
  • Organize and conduct program events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote the program and attract prospective students.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the program curriculum.
  • Collect and analyze program data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
