Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering(Intermediate)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of Community Infrastructure Development.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• He/she should have proficiency in MS computer application and computer based software.
• The position holder should be proficient in verbal/written English and Nepali.
• Age should not exceed 35 years as of May 18, 2016
• This age limit will not be applicable for PAF's working staffs.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of estimating, costing and rate analysis required for preparation of technical report of different infrastructure
• Community contribution and sustainability of different infrastructure sub-project
• Per capita cost, per unit cost, pre-feasibility and detail feasibility study used for different infrastructure sub-project
• General contents and salient features used in the technical report of different  infrastructure sub-project
• Different design parameters used in preparation of technical report of different  infrastructure sub-project
• Documentation and reporting of technical reports of different infrastructure sub-project
• Proper documentation of necessary reports, correspondences, decisions and other documents
• Draft letters/correspondences according to the needs of the division
• Knowledge of MS Application Skills-AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel
• Other secretarial works as required in the Infrastructure Division
