Experience Required : More than or equal to 10 years
Production Team Leader

Responsibilities: 

  • Improve production efficiency 
  • Responsible for day to day operation of production lines 
  • Manage to execute the maintenance plan & evaluate the process 
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Store department for smooth flow of RMPM and FG 
  • Apply 5S, autonomous & preventive maintenance effectively 
  • Comply with internal and external audit requirements 
  • Train and develop team members for better productivity 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: 

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/industrial engineering with 5 years' experience 
  • Diploma with 10 years' experience in FMCG Industry 
  • Good knowledge of Electrical /Mechanical Equipment
  • Able to manage and work with large team 
  • Familiar with production processes 
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage 
  • Good computer skills
