• Supervision and management of team
• Take responsibility for the entire production process
• Source materials and equipment as needed
  
• Create and maintain accurate production plans and records
  
• Provide planning and logistical support to the team
  
• Create and maintain production and formulation processes and procedures  
• Comply with law, regulations and policies as required
  
• To operate machinery ensuring it adheres to health and safety standards
  
• To  work out of hours as needed by production schedules
  
• To create an environment that encourages and promotes the inclusion of all 
  
• To complete other tasks as required by the role
